Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NWM account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5 business days.
